We were very happy to have worked with Pam Monk as our Recruiting Coordinator. Navigating the road to play soccer in college is difficult to say the least. And then add to that journey the competition for a school's limited athletic funds and you will learn very quickly why Pam will add tremendous value to the process. She had the ability of opening doors that were not previously opened as well as introducing us to schools we did not even have on our radar. She not only exceeded our expectations with her knowledge and ability but her relational skills were excellent as well. She stayed in touch with us constantly which is a testament to her devotion and passion for her job. We were glad we chose to work with Pam.

Throughout the entire recruiting process, Zak took the time to talk to me almost every single day and give me information about each school. With Zak’s valuable help, I was able to find a school that was a great fit for me. Zak was such a big help and a great friend through the entire process and I still keep in touch with him to this day. I don’t know where I would be or if I would even still be playing baseball if it wasn’t for Zak’s help.

Marques, I wanted to send you and your coaches a BIG THANK YOU for your time and dedication this weekend at your football camp. Lonny and I talked about the experience and this was the most informational camp Josh has been to yet (including college camps). You can really tell the coaches you worked with really do care about these kids and want the best for them no matter what their age and skill level is. You have a great team around you. We are just thankful that we met you and look forward to many more years with you. Many thanks, Leah Kruger

Pam Monk is a thorough professional and dedicated individual, with expertise in recruiting for athletes. Her diligence in working with us in showcasing our daughter's basketball skills, talents and academics was remarkable, which was evident in over 40 combined colleges and universities making contact with our daughter within a two month period from providing her the necessary documentation mainly related to Lauryn's academics, leadership skills, basketball statistics and video footage. We recommend Ms. Monk's services without hesitation as she is capable of recruiting some of the best renown schools that not only expose your child to a good athletic program, but also a school that provides a great education matched with your child's career path.

My son's introduction the idea of playing collegiate baseball came from his summer baseball coach, Zak Gonzalez. What started as a few Sunday afternoons scrimmaging with other local 15-year olds, developed into dream to take it to the next level. When Mason was cut from his high school varsity baseball team as a junior, his self-confidence was shattered. We were convinced that baseball was over. Zak didn't see it this way. He worked with Mason throughout the spring and summer & introduced him to local JUCO coaches, one of whom offered a baseball scholarship. Mason just graduated, with honors, from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and was a key member of the pitching staff. We can't underestimate Zak's contribution to his success. He is skilled at evaluating talent and potential and works tirelessly to establish relationships with college baseball coaches."

We were first introduced to Pam Monk a year ago at a basketball combine. From that moment on, we have been blessed to have her as an advocate for our son. Not only is she a fantastic recruiter that knows the game, but she wholeheartedly cares for her athletes. She contacts us weekly either by email or text to check in and keep us abreast of the most recent information. Pam has attended quite a few of Chance’s HS and AAU games, cheering right beside us. Pam is always readily available to answer questions and has been an integral part of the recruitment process thus far. We are excited to see where this journey leads and cannot imagine being on this ride with anyone else. Thank you!
